Michelle Qùynh Lan competed in a state wide singing contest held at Ritz Club in 1993 and won 2nd place. Thus, she became a professional singer. Several music companies released several CDs for her and she was featured on some videos like Mây Productions and Ý Nhi Productions. She is known to sing English songs exceptionally well by her fellow singing colleagues.

Recently, she began to emcee and fortunately became successful in this department because the demand for a fluent English and Vietnamese emcee is scarce and hard to find. I want both the Vietnamese and English speakers to fully understand what is being said and to feel included. I would want that for me. Finding someone to fulfill this need is pretty tough since some are just fluent in one language. I'm fortunate that I am able to meet both of these needs.
